Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer. Build AI agents, automation and digital platforms for our private and government clients, working directly with the founder.

What you'll do
Design, build and ship AI-powered systems end to end.
- Build AI agents and assistants on LLMs for real business use
- Automate workflows: approvals, routing, document processing and data pipelines
- Build RAG and knowledge systems over company documents and data
- Develop the full-stack platforms these run on: front-end, backend, APIs and databases
- Deliver fast prototypes and MVPs, then take them to production
- Deploy, secure and maintain systems in the cloud and on-prem
- Help scope projects and write the technical parts of proposals and tenders

What we need
Senior experience, with AI work that has shipped to real users.
- 6+ years of professional software development, including 2+ years building with LLMs and AI
- Shipped AI work in production: agents, RAG, tool use, prompt engineering and evaluation
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar), while reviewing and testing everything they produce
- Strong in Python and TypeScript/Node.js; React/Next.js; SQL and vector databases
- Automation and integration experience (n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom APIs)
- Cloud deployment and security (AWS, Azure or GCP; Docker)
- Good written English, and able to work full-time from our Muscat office

- Arabic language skills, or Arabic NLP/AI experience
- Government or enterprise project experience
- GCC work experience
